There’s a small town in Ohio called Ravens Hollow, that some say is haunted. The Indians said the land was cursed. The Puritans ignored their heathen ravings and exterminated them. Later in history, the town was the nucleus of a psychic detonation. President Lincoln and a secret staff of paranormal researchers labeled it the “Pandora Event” and made it off limits for human habitation. It was turned into a physical research station and remained a top secret affair until Lincoln’s assassination. Since this period, generation after generation of Ohioans have lived in the rustic little town of Ravens Hollow, and there have been stories about everything from Bigfoot to time traveling Indians called The Shadowclaw. Now, two high school students, Caleb and Jamal, have been inexorably drawn to one another after they both begin to manifest weird paranormal abilities. Armed with their new powers, these two teenagers dare to solve the puzzling enigmas of their haunted hometown, Ravens Hollow.

Born at the tail end of the Harlem Renaissance, The Harlem Shadow is the first official Black paranormal crime-fighter that hit the streets of New York around 1929-1930. He was known for his scary appearance, his vicious hand to hand combat skills and his mastery of two lethal revolvers, used to maim and disarm his enemies but never kill. In 1950 as a result of the Black Mask Act…Harlem Shadow was hunted down by New York City Police, lynch mob style, and unmasked. His name was Linden Somerset, a school teacher and librarian, and he served a twenty year jail sentence at Alcatraz Island. This is his story.
